Kevin is head of the civil litigation team at Bobbetts. He deals with a wide range of civil litigation cases covering contract and property disputes, boundary issues, building disputes and inheritance claims.

He specialises in complaints and claims against the Police. The Legal Services Commission has recently awarded him one of the few franchises in complaints and claims against the police in this area. Clients come from a wide area and their cases concern many different police forces.

Employment is another area in which Kevin specialises. Unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, working time, terms and conditions of employment and a whole host of other employment matters and disputes are handled in the civil team under Kevin's supervision or direct control. He regularly advises both employees and the smaller employers on this complex and regularly changing area of law.

Kevin is the Legal Services Commission Franchise Supervisor for complaints and claims against the police.

He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
