Who Decides If You Can't?
Recent changes in the law mean that it is now possible to make better provision for a time when you may need someone to make decisions for you.
The new Lasting Powers of Attorney replace the old Enduring Powers, and are able to be more finely-tuned to your own requirements.
Whether you want to give someone power to deal with your property and affairs, or whether you would like a family member to make decisions about your medical treatment and health care, BOBBETTS MACKAN can help make sure that your wishes are carried out - even if you are unable to.
Often disputes can arise in relationships in business that result in expensive and time consuming litigation. We believe that it is often better to negotiate. If you need help call Kevin Wood on 0117 9271624 or email email@example.com.
