Courts Martial

We recognise that military courts require a style of communication and approach that can differ from the civilian world, and we know how to act decisively in the best interests of our clients.

Experienced in all areas of the process; from interview by RAF police, RMP or SIB,  to referral up the chain of command and District and General Courts Martial.  Specialist Advocate Tony Miles  (with of over 25 years) is available to protect our clients interests and present cases to the highest possible standard.

We have represented soldiers, airmen and women, and officers on charges ranging from Conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline, to drug related offences, fraud and manslaughter.

We are also able to advise and represent at Boards of Enquiry, Inquests and give general advice on other aspects of military law.
